Redesign is looking for an Operations Senior Associate. Working closely with our Director of Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Redesign’s innovation platform and positioning Redesign Health to scale through managing different product and operational initiatives.

Key components of this role will include informing and improving our operating model as well as leading cross-functional initiatives that accelerate and enable Redesign’s growth. The ideal candidate is supremely organized, deeply analytical, and is a structured thinker and strong communicator.

This position will report to the Director of Operations in our NYC headquarters but you will be working closely with many cross-functional teams like Product, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, and the New Ventures team to scale Redesign’s platform and allow us to launch more businesses efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Identification and Project Management of Key Business Initiatives
    • Partner with our Product team to drive the scoping, planning, implementation, adoption, and management of new technologies/processes including our CRM (Customer Relationship Management), RMS (Research Management System), and Document Management System.
    • Evolve business insights into project management of key initiatives to help increase efficiency and quality across our model
  • Scale Redesign’s Platform
    • Support our New Ventures, Product, Marketing, Brand, Talent Acquisition, Strategy & Finance, Legal, and Strategic Partnerships teams in process improvement and productization efforts to help create efficiencies in company creation
    • Project manage cross-portfolio community building and resource-sharing initiatives to further collaboration across the Redesign family
    • Own operational performance analysis, reporting out on key business metrics and leading initiatives to improve Redesign’s platform 
    • Help propose and define new initiatives and strategic priorities for the Redesign platform through qualitative and quantitative analysis of their respective ROI

What you’ll need:

  • Background
    • 4-5 years of experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, or in an operations/strategy role at a high-growth company 
    • Bachelor's degree with a record of high academic achievement
  • Skills
